Our receptionists are the first point of contact for patients. You’ll welcome visitors, manage front desk operations, and ensure a smooth experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities


  • Greet patients warmly and assist with registration.

  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm bookings.

  • Manage patient records and verify insurance details.

  • Provide general administrative support to the clinical team.

  • Perform MRI scans according to physician protocols.

  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.

  • Maintain imaging equipment and report technical issues promptly.

  • Verify patient history and explain procedures clearly.

  • Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff for accurate reporting.

Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience in a medical office or customer service setting preferred.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) a plus.
